SPX Express (SPX), a regional logistics provider, has signed a strategic agreement with Frasers Property Vietnam to develop a major automated sorting centrethe Industrial Centre Yen My, in Hung Yen province. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the new facility will span 170,000 sq m bet88 con become SPX’s largest automated sorting centre in Southeast Asia.The facility will enhance operational efficiency, improve service reliability, bet88 con support the anticipated growth in demand from businesses bet88 con shoppers in the region.
Frasers Property’s built-to-suit facility will feature an advanced operational design customised to meet SPX’s demanding logistics requirements for high volume bet88 con short lead times. Set to be the first of its kind in Vietnam with cross-docking across two storeys, the facility will have fully independent traffic flows on different floors, enabling multiple vehicles to simultaneously cross-dock at its 158 docks, which connect to over 700 sorting destinations. It will also feature next-generation two-storey ASMs (Automated Sorting Machines), capable of sorting bet88 con processing up to 7 million parcels daily - a new high for SPX in Vietnam - allowing the company to deliver faster bet88 con more reliably.
Construction is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2025 bet88 con be completed by the end of 2027. The facility is projected to create thousands of jobs bet88 con contribute to the economic development of Hung Yen province, while also supporting broader improvements in Vietnam’s logistics infrastructure.
This project follows a successful collaboration between SPX bet88 con Frasers Property, with the completion bet88 con delivery of a 106,000 sq m sorting facility at BDIP Premium Industrial Park (Binh Duong province) earlier this year.
