Hydrogène de France bóng đá bet88 Southern Power Corporation signed MoU on renewable energy cooperation
The partnership aims to establish a scalable bóng đá bet88 replicable model for non-intermittent renewable energy, which will be able to develop in off-grid areas, including offshore islands.

Vietnam’s vast network of islands bóng đá bet88 archipelagos faces persistent energy reliability issues, with many remote communities still dependent on diesel generators. These conventional systems not only generate significant environmental pollution but also suffer from operational instability due to complex fuel logistics.
As Vietnam seeks sustainable bóng đá bet88 resilient energy alternatives, green hydrogen-based energy offers a transformative solution to provide stable, 24/7 clean electricity, reducing dependence on fossil fuels bóng đá bet88 supporting the long-term socio-economic development of island populations.
In a significant step forward for Vietnam’s clean energy ambitions, the HDF Energy (Hydrogène de France) , a global pioneer in hydrogen power solutions, bóng đá bet88 Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC), a subsidiary of Vietnam Electricity (EVN), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly explore the development of green hydrogen power projects. The collaboration will focus on remote islands in southern Vietnam.
The MoU was signed during a high-level ceremony in Hanoi, held on the occasion of French President Emmanuel Macron’s State visit to Vietnam from May 25 - 27.
Through this partnership with EVNSPC, HDF Energy aims to establish a scalable bóng đá bet88 replicable model for non-intermittent renewable energy, which will be able to develop in off-grid areas, including offshore islands.
By leveraging HDF Energy’s cutting-edge hydrogen technology with EVNSPC’s extensive expertise in power distribution, the initiative seeks to unlock new opportunities for sustainable energy development across Vietnam.
Under the MoU, HDF Energy bóng đá bet88 EVNSPC will jointly coordinate hydrogen initiatives through appointed representatives. The partnership includes conducting technical bóng đá bet88 feasibility studies, identifying project sites, engaging local authorities, bóng đá bet88 aligning investment bóng đá bet88 engineering teams. It also promotes knowledge-sharing on hydrogen technologies bóng đá bet88 applications.
This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to accelerating Vietnam’s energy transition bóng đá bet88 advancing innovative, clean bóng đá bet88 reliable energy solutions for underserved communities.
Speaking at the MoU signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Duc, General Director of EVNSPC expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stated that this collaboration will contribute to accelerating the energy transition in Vietnam, particularly on off-grid islands managed by EVNSPC, by ensuring stable 24/7 electricity supply at a lower cost compared to diesel-generated power.
"We deeply value this partnership bóng đá bet88 extend our sincere thanks to the French Embassy, relevant authorities, bóng đá bet88 Vietnam Electricity (EVN) for their continued support throughout our development journey," he added. "We believe this initiative is a meaningful testament to the strength of the France–Vietnam partnership in advancing sustainable energy development.”
Mr. Damien Havard, Chairman bóng đá bet88 CEO of HDF Energy, also commented that this partnership with EVNSPC marks an important moment for HDF Energy in Vietnam. "By combining our expertise in green hydrogen technology with EVNSPC’s deep knowledge of the local energy landscape, we are laying the groundwork for a scalable solution to bring clean, reliable power to remote island communities," he said. "It’s a concrete step toward achieving energy independence bóng đá bet88 sustainability for regions long underserved by traditional infrastructure."
