Property market will be regulated by kèo nhà cái bet88 State, in case prices increase by 20%

kèo nhà cái bet88 Government has recently issued Decree No. 96/2024/ND-CP (Decree 96), which took effect on August 1, providing detailed regulations for certain aspects of kèo nhà cái bet88 Law on Real Estate Business 2023 (amended).

Decree 96 aims to regulate kèo nhà cái bet88 real estate market, curb speculation, and ensure socio-economic stability.

Under kèo nhà cái bet88 newly-issued decree, in case prices in kèo nhà cái bet88 real estate market increase by more than 20% for three months, relevant State management agencies have to propose measures to regulate kèo nhà cái bet88 market.

In this case, kèo nhà cái bet88 Ministry of Construction (MOC) will assess kèo nhà cái bet88 real estate market situation and propose measures to regulate kèo nhà cái bet88 market, based on kèo nhà cái bet88 Government's direction or kèo nhà cái bet88 price index, real estate transaction volume index, economic and social indicators and statistics of other sectors relating to kèo nhà cái bet88 real estate market.

According to kèo nhà cái bet88 decree, kèo nhà cái bet88 State will also regulate kèo nhà cái bet88 property market when kèo nhà cái bet88 market fluctuates and threatens socio-economic stability.

To identify measures on regulating kèo nhà cái bet88 real estate market, kèo nhà cái bet88 MOC will coordinate with ministries, ministerial-level agencies and provincial people's committees to have reports assessing kèo nhà cái bet88 market situation within 15 days and proposing kèo nhà cái bet88 identified measures on regulating kèo nhà cái bet88 real estate market to submit to kèo nhà cái bet88 Government for approval.

kèo nhà cái bet88 MOC also suggests necessary measures relating to policies on urban planning, construction, housing, and real estate business, as well as on kèo nhà cái bet88 development programs for urban areas, housing and real estate, and kèo nhà cái bet88 structure of real estate products.

Measures relating to policies on investment and bidding will be proposed by kèo nhà cái bet88 Ministry of Planning and Investment and those relating to policies on land will be identified by kèo nhà cái bet88 Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Meanwhile, kèo nhà cái bet88 Ministry of Finance will propose measures relating to policies on tax, finance, securities and corporate bonds.

kèo nhà cái bet88 State Bank of Vietnam, for its part, will suggest measures relating to credit policies.

Local people's committees will assess kèo nhà cái bet88 progress of real estate projects in their areas and then propose regulatory measures for kèo nhà cái bet88 local real estate market.

In case approving kèo nhà cái bet88 market regulation measures exceeds kèo nhà cái bet88 Government's authority, those measures will be submitted to kèo nhà cái bet88 National Assembly and kèo nhà cái bet88 National Assembly Standing Committee for consideration and approval.
