Cooperation agreements between Vietnam bet88 kèo Russia signed

Party General Secretary To Lam bet88 kèo President V. Putin witnessed the exchange of cooperation documents between the two countries following their Moscow summit meeting on May 10, according to a report from the Government News.

These cooperation documents include:

- A cooperation agreement between the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy bet88 kèo the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy bet88 kèo Public Administration;

- A natural gas purchase bet88 kèo sale contract for Block 12/11 between Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group, Russian oil & gas company Zarubezhneft, bet88 kèo PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation;

- A comprehensive cooperation agreement between Vietnam Airlines Corporation bet88 kèo VTB Bank of Russia;

- A overall roadmap for peaceful nuclear energy cooperation for the 2025–2030 period between the Ministry of Science bet88 kèo Technology of Vietnam bet88 kèo ROSATOM Group;

- A MoU between the Ministry of Health of Vietnam bet88 kèo the Ministry of Health of Russia on biomedical cooperation;

- A cooperation program between the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam bet88 kèo the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the period 2026–2027;

- A MoU on tourism cooperation between the Ministry of Culture, Sports, bet88 kèo Tourism of Vietnam bet88 kèo the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia for the period 2025–2030;

- An agreement between the Vietnamese Ministry of Science bet88 kèo Technology bet88 kèo the Russian Ministry of Science bet88 kèo Higher Education on jointly selecting scientific bet88 kèo technological research topics bet88 kèo projects;

- An agreement between the two governments on the establishment bet88 kèo operation of the Pushkin Russian Language Center;

- An agreement between the two governments on expanding the area of operations in the field of geological exploration bet88 kèo oil bet88 kèo gas extraction on Vietnam's continental shelf bet88 kèo within the territory of the Russian Federation;

- A protocol amending the agreement between the two governments on continuing cooperation in the field of geological exploration bet88 kèo oil bet88 kèo gas extraction on Vietnam's continental shelf within the framework of the Russia-Vietnam Joint Venture - Vietsovpetro (2010);

- A protocol amending the agreement between the two governments on continuing cooperation in the field of geological exploration bet88 kèo oil bet88 kèo gas extraction within the territory of the Russian Federation under the framework of the Joint Venture Rusvietpetro Company Limited (Rusvietpetro) (2016);

The same day, the two defense ministers also signed the Vietnam–Russia Strategic Partnership Plan in defense for the 2026–2030 period.

General Secretary Lam bet88 kèo President Putin also adopted a Joint Statement on the key directions of the Vietnam–Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in the new phase.
