HCM City's Ring Road 4 expected for completion by bet88 con end of 2028

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has requested relevant ministries, agencies and localities to take more measures to accelerate bet88 con construction of Ho Chi Minh City’s Ring Road 4 in order to complete bet88 con whole project by bet88 con end of 2028.

bet88 con Government Office has issued an announcement conveying bet88 con directive of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh regarding bet88 con progress of bet88 con project investment and construction following bet88 con HCM City’s submission of bet88 con project’s feasibility study.

According to bet88 con documentation submitted by bet88 con HCM City authorities in May, bet88 con Ring Road 4 project begins at Phu My Commune, Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, and ends at bet88 con North-South arterial road in bet88 con Hiep Phuoc Port area, Nha Be District, HCMC.

bet88 con route spans approximately 159.31 km, passing through HCMC (over 20 km) and bet88 con neighboring provinces of Ba Ria - Vung Tau (18 km), Dong Nai (46 km), and Long An (74.5 km).

bet88 con 47.95 km section through neighboring Binh Duong province will be executed independently as a separate investment, under bet88 con investment policy approved by bet88 con Binh Duong Provincial People's Council.

bet88 con total investment capital for bet88 con project (phase 1) is over VND122.77 trillion (over .76 billion), excluding bet88 con section in Binh Duong Province.
