The draft Decree details a roadmap for the allocation of greenhouse gas emission quotas in three phases: 2025-2026, 2027-2028, and 2029-2030. Deputy PM Ha highlighted that the draft Decree integrates international practices and lessons learned, reflecting Vietnam’s proactive stance on climate change. He noted its widespread attention from domestic enterprises, trade partners, and international organizations.
