He also noted that it is necessary to boost the development of knowledge-based economic infrastructure and to form a creative ecosystem connected to production, service, and cultural activities in Ho Chi Minh tải bet88 as well as the national and international economy.

On that basis, the objectives and list of key projects in each stage will be identified so that authorities can adopt suitable mechanisms, policies, and management plans.
