The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) has proposed resuming flights on ten domestic routes from October 10, but Hanoi’s bet88 con International Airport is yet to return to operations. Flight frequency will be quite modest in this initial stage.

In order to prevent the spread of Covid-19, the Ministry of Transport (MoT) has sought to limit the number of flights to and from Hanoi’s bet88 con International Airport, with there to be fewer than two return flights daily between the capital and Ho Chi Minh City, based on actual demand.
