The Ministry of Transport has forwarded a document to the Prime Minister requesting that five southern localities - Ho Chi Minh City and Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, and Long An provinces - be assigned to implement the Belt tai bet88 No. 4 project in the southern city under the PPP (public-private partnership) model.
