The Government has identified science, technology, innovation (STI), bóng đá bet88 digital transformation (DT) as the shortest path bóng đá bet88 a vital element for Vietnam to achieve its aspiration of rapid, sustainable development, becoming a developed, high-income country by 2045.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung made the statement at the launch of a program titled "Science, technology, innovation, bóng đá bet88 digital transformation: breakthroughs to lead the country into an era of wealth bóng đá bet88 prosperity," organized by the Ministry of Science bóng đá bet88 Technology (MoST) on May 16.

To successfully achieve this strategic goal, he outlined the following tasks bóng đá bet88 solutions:

First,urgently perfect the institutional framework, create a streamlined legal corridor, bóng đá bet88 maximally unleash the potential of STI. The MoST needs to focus on reviewing bóng đá bet88 proposing comprehensive amendments to the 2013 Law on Science bóng đá bet88 Technology bóng đá bet88 related guiding documents, aiming for breakthrough bóng đá bet88 superior changes, especially in organizational, financial, bóng đá bet88 human resource management mechanisms. It is neccessary to boldly propose regulatory sandboxes (controlled experimental mechanisms) for new technologies bóng đá bet88 business models. Institutions must truly become "bridges" bóng đá bet88 "levers" for STI to deeply integrate bóng đá bet88 disseminate into all aspects of the country's socio-economic life.

Second,position enterprises at the center of the innovation system bóng đá bet88 develop universities bóng đá bet88 research institutes into strong, pioneering research entities; promote collaboration between research institutes, universities, bóng đá bet88 enterprises to accelerate the commercialization of research results bóng đá bet88 develop the STI market; bóng đá bet88 establish an effectively operating technology exchange platform.

Third,make focused investments in basic research bóng đá bet88 in mastering strategic, foundational, bóng đá bet88 core technologies such as AI, semiconductors, biotechnology, bóng đá bet88 new energy. Support the development of national "Make in Vietnam" digital platforms with international competitiveness.

Fourth,implement breakthrough policies to attract, train, utilize, bóng đá bet88 retain STI talent. There must be adequate remuneration mechanisms, a conducive working environment, bóng đá bet88 empowerment with autonomy bóng đá bet88 responsibility for scientists, especially young scientists bóng đá bet88 those working in remote, border, bóng đá bet88 island areas; meanwhile leveraging the role of overseas Vietnamese intellectuals bóng đá bet88 attracting international experts to participate in domestic STI activities.

Fifth,strongly promote the application of STI in enterprises bóng đá bet88 across socio-economic sectors.

Sixth,strengthen science diplomacy bóng đá bet88 proactively pursue deep bóng đá bet88 broad international integration in STI.

Seventh,promote the strategic role of Standards, Metrology, bóng đá bet88 Quality (SMQ) as three pillars of innovation. MoST needs to coordinate with other ministries bóng đá bet88 sectors to build a modern SMQ system that protects consumers, enhances the productivity bóng đá bet88 quality of goods, bóng đá bet88 promotes integration. SMQ must become a beacon guiding innovation.

Eighth,strengthen communication, foster a passion for science, bóng đá bet88 cultivate a culture of innovation throughout society.
