PM Pham Minh Chinh meets with his Estonian counterpart bet88 com Tallinn
The summit meeting took place during the Vietnamese PM’s official visit to Estonia from June 5-7.

During his summit meeting with Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal bet88 com Tallinn on June 6, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, who is on an official visit to Estonia from June 5-7, suggested Estonia share its experience bet88 com e-government, digital economy development and digital transformation with Vietnam, according to a report from the Government News.
The Vietnamese PM called on Estonia to assist Vietnam bet88 com training high-quality human resource for these aforesaid areas as the Southeast Asian country considers science, technology and digital transformation as a major breakthrough of top importance bet88 com the new era of national development.
The Estonian PM affirmed Estonia expects to strengthen all-round cooperation with Vietnam and is willing to help Vietnam promote the advancement of digital transformation, innovation, science and technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, education and training.
The two leaders stressed the need to support and assist each other for mutual development, create favorable conditions for their enterprises to do business bet88 com respective countries, and foster people-to-people exchanges.
On multilateral aspect, the two PMs underlined the need to reform multilateral forums to improve the efficiency of these forums.
The two sides agreed to coordinate closely and support each other bet88 com regional and international issues and at multilateral forums like the United Nations and ASEAN-EU framework.
They underlined the importance of international solidarity and respect for the fundamental principles of the United Nations Charter. The Vietnamese PM affirmed that Vietnam is ready to join the international community's peacekeeping efforts.
For maritime issue, including the East Sea, the two sides voiced support for freedom of navigation and aviation bet88 com the East Sea on the basis of respect for littoral countries' interests bet88 com accordance with international law, particularly the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, without threat or use of force.

He also invited Prime Minister Kristen Michal to visit Vietnam and the latter accepted the invitation with pleasure.
After the meeting, the two leaders witnessed the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia and a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation bet88 com digital transformation and digital economy between the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam and the Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs of Estonia.
