No anti-dumping duties to be imposed by tải bet88 US on aluminum extrusions from Vietnam

This came after tải bet88 US International Trade Commission (ITC) on October 30 released its final decision on an anti-dumping investigation concerning aluminum extrusions imported from China, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, tải bet88 Republic of Korea, Taiwan (China), Thailand, Turkey, tải bet88 United Arab Emirates and Vietnam.

Accordingly, tải bet88 ITC determined that tải bet88 US industry was not significantly injured by aluminum extrusions imported from tải bet88 14 countries and territories under investigation, although tải bet88 DOC had previously concluded that their extruded aluminum was dumped or subsidized.

tải bet88 investigation was initiated by tải bet88 DOC on October 24, 2023 at tải bet88 request of tải bet88 US United Steel, Paper & Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial & Service Workers International Union, in which Vietnam was only investigated for anti-dumping.
