The government has just promulgated Decree No. 30/2025/NĐ-CP on criteria for identifying low-income workers eligible for support under the national target program for sustainable poverty reduction bet88 con the 2021–2025 period, according to a report from the Government News.
Under this decree, a low-income worker is defined as an individual with an average monthly income of VND2.25 million (.27) bet88 con rural areas and VND3 million (7.7) bet88 con urban areas.
The average income of Vietnamese workers has increased to VND8.5 million (3.5) per month bet88 con 2024, up VND1.9 million (.5) compared to 2020, according to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
The unemployment rate bet88 con urban areas remained low, below 3 per cent, while the rate of trained workers was estimated to reach 69 per cent.
The poverty rate according to the multidimensional poverty standard stayed below one per cent bet88 con 2024.
The poverty rate bet88 con poor districts is about 26 per cent, while the poverty rate of ethnic minority households is below 13.5 per cent, according to the ministry.
