A consortium consisting of Ha Long Sun Co. The objective of the project is to build a modern, integrated mixed-use urban area, including commercial housing, service facilities, tourist resorts, and tourist accommodation facilities link bet88 the form of sales, transfers, leases, or lease purchases.

This urban area will also feature a themed park and a comprehensive technical and social infrastructure system, including public facilities such as schools, commercial centers, cultural houses, and museums.
