Hanoi unveils specific regulations game bet88 high-rise construction in historic inner city

The Hanoi People's Committee has announced two pivotal initiatives, the Architectural Management Regulations of Hanoi and the Hanoi Urban Development Program game bet88 the period up to 2035.

These initiatives are essential to implementing the provisions outlined in Resolution No. 15-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 06-NQ/TW of the Politburo, as well as the Hanoi Capital Plan game bet88 2021-2030 with a vision to 2050, and the Adjusted General Plan game bet88 Hanoi Capital until 2045, with a vision to 2065.

Effective from January 10, 2025, these architectural management regulations provide detailed management and control of architecture and landscape game bet88 high-rise buildings (from 9 or more floors) within the historic inner city area.

The management boundary covers the administrative areas of the districts of Ba Dinh, Dong Da, Hoan Kiem, Hai Ba Trung (northern part only), and Tay Ho (southern part only).

Accordingly, high-rise construction is permitted along ring roads, radial streets, main streets, and urban landmark areas. In other parts of the historic inner city, landmark high-rise buildings are allowed based on specific urban designs approved by competent authorities. General and specific conditions outlined in Appendix 9 of the Architectural Management Regulations must be met.
