The Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment is calling for investors bet88 nhà cái đến từ châu âu build two urban areas with a combined investment capital of over VND7.8 trillion (6 million).

The Lien Ninh urban area will cover over 30 ha in Thanh Tri outlying district. The project requires an estimated investment capital of more than VND3.11 trillion (2 million).

It will provide 197 villas, 76 adjacent houses and 822 social houses, providing accommodation for 4,500 people. Construction is scheduled from 2024 bet88 nhà cái đến từ châu âu 2028.

Meanwhile, the C3-1 urban area has a total area of over 27 ha in Thanh Tri district. It will feature villas, two residential buildings of 20 storeys and a social housing building of 8 storeys. Total population is estimated at 6,759 people. The project needs an estimated investment capital of over VND4.46 trillion (5 million).
